Instead, you have to click through several pages in order to find the latest CPU for the database.
I'm fed up with having to remember how to find these things, so here is a quick guide.
Sign in to support.oracle.com
Click on the "Patches and Updates" tab, and allow pop-ups from this website.
Click on the "Critical Patch Updates and Security Alerts" link,
Click on "Critical Patch Updates"
Click on the link to the required patch (ie April 2014).
Scroll down, click on the link of the desired database version.
This will open the availability document page for that patch.
Click on "Patch Availability for Oracle Products".
Click on "Oracle Database", and scroll down to the required version.
Click on the "Patch nnnnnnn" link.
In the right-hand window, select the correct OS.
Click on "Download".
There, wasn't that easy?
